Anne – Founder & Senior Stylist

With over 30 years of experience and a passion for health-conscious hairdressing, Anne founded Alexanders after experiencing a chemical reaction to salon colour early in her career.

Since then, she’s been on a mission to create a safer, kinder experience for clients who want beautiful results without harsh ingredients.

Her extensive training spans colour, cutting, long hair styling, beauty therapy, and bridal work. She’s also a proud community supporter, regularly involved in fundraisers, events, and giving back to Bendigo.

Lisa– Senior Hairdresser & Beauty Therapist

Lisa began her career at Alexanders, where she quickly earned Apprentice of the Year in her first year.

With over eight years of experience, she specialises in precision cuts, long hair upstyles, and beauty services including waxing, tanning, and lash lifts.

She’s known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and commitment to helping every client look and feel amazing. Lisa shares our passion for health-first hair and beauty, working with low-tox products to deliver beautiful results—gently and professionally.

Outside the salon, Lisa is a proud wife and mum of three boys who loves netball and keeping life fun.
