1. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

If you do not show up for your appointment, a no-show fee may apply and a deposit may be required for future bookings.

Please arrive on time—if you are running late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule depending on availability.

2. Quote Requests

Our quote request form is designed to help provide you with an estimate only.

Final pricing will depend on an in-person consultation and may vary based on your hair's condition, length, or any additional services required.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Client Conduct & Salon Etiquette

We aim to provide a warm, relaxing experience for all guests—please be respectful of others and our team.

Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times for their safety and the comfort of other clients.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse a service if it may compromise your health or our safety standards.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
